![]() ![]() While Hades has come out of Steam Early Access but it’s. This is an official developer tool to restore Hades corrupt save files. Players can recover their corrupt save files bu going to this link. Moral of the story is DO NOT DO FAMILY SHARE ON THE SAME COMPUTER. Some players have experienced that their save file has been corrupted after a sudden crash awhile playing Hades. I know it's a hard ask, but doesn't hurt to try. I have found a couple of save games already but a) they don't have any progress past the nighty night update and b) they have a practically unlimited amount of currency items/everything unlocked and I'd rather unlock what I didn't have/future additions by myself. I'd REALLY appreciate if someone whose save is close to what I have would upload it so I can use that instead. Now, to the point, I have done almost everything missing only a few things (a few of the most expensive decorations, lyre training, progression past the Zeus/Artemis "heart lock", chaos fish, and a few non maxed out aspects). bak saves from the save folder but they are also hers. Steam did not ask to download my saves from the cloud as apparently hers have overwritten my own. We did, and everything worked fine, until I logged in my account again. (first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games) \AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines \Users\\Documents\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines \Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\ Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there: Remove the game from Steam (delete local content) If this doesn't solve it a complete re-installation may be needed (and is highly recommended): Delete the Addons folders from the above locations Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines (PC), /Users//Library/Application Support/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines (Mac), /home//.local/share/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines (Linux) IMPORTANT! Backup the Addons folder to your desktop if you don't want to have to re-download them all again once updated! ![]() Open your installation directory and remove the Addons folder (right click game in Steam > Properties > Browse Local Files). Open the Content Manager and unsubscribe to all your mods If this works one (or more) of your mods is the problem and you need to identify which one Add the following launch options: -disableMods -noWorkshop (Read the Steam Knowledge Base article on how to do this here: ) In the meantime you can run newer cities with no mods, or only mods that have been updated since the most recent patch.īefore you start removing mods please try the following to confirm that they are the cause: The solution is to disable your mods and wait for the creators of the mods to update them. With the release of each major patch to this game most mods become outdated and this means your existing saved games may not work. ![]()
